Our client, an established name in Madison-area real estate, is seeking an Office Manager to serve as the central point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors while keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This role blends administrative support, office management, and event/meeting coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, email communications, and general inquiries
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document prep for leadership
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor contracts, and equipment purchasing
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and workspace setup
