About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Create and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices
  • Order and track office supplies to maintain inventory
  • Run copies and provide general administrative support
  • Review and verify employee expense reports
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Support leadership with various administrative tasks and special projects
  • Serve as the central Office Manager point of contact for internal teams

Required Qualifications:
