What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the dealership accounting office team
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
  • Ensure accuracy of financial schedules and reconciliations
  • Review general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payables
  • Complete month-end and year-end closings on time
  • Analyze income and expenses, identifying variances
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with department leaders across the dealership
  • Support payroll and commission processing with HR

  • Minimum 2+ years Automotive Office Manager experience
  • Dealership experience required
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
