Office Manager
Net Zero Insulation Inc. | Englewood, Colorado
Full-Time | Onsite | $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience
 About Net Zero Insulation
Net Zero Insulation is a family-owned, fast-growing insulation company in the construction industry. We pride ourselves on quality work, dependable service, and taking care of our customers and employees.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable, organized Office Manager to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position in a small business, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, takes initiative, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
This is a full-time, onsite position at our office in Englewood, Colorado.
Responsibilities
·               Manage day-to-day office operations.
·               Answer incoming calls and assist customers, vendors, and employees.
·               Prepare, submit, and track customer rebate paperwork.
·               Perform light bookkeeping and accounting duties, including data entry, invoices, receipts, and basic reconciliations.
·               Maintain electronic and paper files and company records.
·               Assist with customer and vendor correspondence.
·               Maintain job paperwork and documentation.
·               Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
·               Run occasional local business errands.
·               Keep the office organized and tidy, including light office cleaning as needed.
·               Assist the owners with administrative projects and other business needs.
·               Help improve office procedures and processes as the company grows.
 
Qualifications
·               Previous office administration, office management, or similar experience preferred.
·               Basic bookkeeping/accounting experience.
·               Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·               Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and general office software.
·               Professional and friendly phone and customer service skills.
·               Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
·               Dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential business and financial information.
·               Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed.
·               Clean driving record desired.
·               Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. 
Schedule & Pay
·               Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
·               Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
·               Onsite in Englewood, Colorado
·               Pay: $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience
 
Paid Time Off & Benefits
·         Paid sick leave.
·         40 hours of prorated paid vacation per year after one year of service.
·         Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave (FAMLI), subject to eligibility requirements.
·         Workers' compensation coverage.
