Job description

Our private dental office is looking for an Office Manager to join our team! We are seeking a leader who is dependable, polished, professional, and an enthusiastic team player who prioritizes patient care. We provide a friendly work environment and excellent benefits. Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday - Friday

Compensation

  • Up to $90,000 annually based on experience, flexibility, and skillset

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of dental management experience
  • Knowledge of Dentrix software
  • Must be able to manage employee schedules, understand insurance billing and ledgers, be able to mediate and handle patient concerns, and coach team members
  • Ability to take on a task and "figure it out"
  • Must be willing to be in the office 36-40 hours per week, and also able to take team member call-outs, arrange coverage, etc
