Project Manager / Scheduler We are a small, growing pool construction company looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager / Scheduler to help manage daily jobs, crews, timelines, and customer communication. Position Responsibilities:- Schedule pool construction projects and daily crew assignments- Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors- Track job progress from start to finish- Order and coordinate materials as needed- Communicate schedule updates with customers and team members- Help keep projects on time and organized- Handle basic office/admin tasks related to projects Requirements:- Construction experience preferred- Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple projects at once- Must be dependable and detail-oriented- Basic computer/phone skills required We Offer:- Competitive pay based on experience- Steady work- Small company environment- Opportunity to grow with the business- Training available for the right person Schedule:Full-time positionMonday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
