We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow, and continual improvement in support of our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with a background in office management, and human resources. This role involves managing schedules, vendor relationships, and team coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to clinic staff for high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
  • Operational Enhancements: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinic performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze clinic data to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance.
  • Efficient Resource Management: Manage staffing, schedules, and resources to meet patient demand effectively.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

  • Location: This position is based full time in McAllen, TX (8am-5pm daily), with occasional travel to our other offices in Texas.
