About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a temporary assignment supporting daily office operations at a professional corporate office in Bethesda, MD.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, facilities coordination, or administrative support who can quickly step in, learn existing processes, and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and employee workplace requests.
  • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, mail, deliveries, and general office needs.
  • Assist with employee badge, access, and building-related issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, office events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support conference room setups and meeting logistics.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
