Join a Growing Behavioral Health Organization
Blue Sky Mental Health Clinic is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems independently.
The Office Manager will play a key leadership role in supporting clinic operations, provider onboarding, credentialing oversight, compliance activities, and administrative staff while helping prepare the organization for CARF accreditation and continued expansion.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations for multiple clinic locations.
  • Supervise front desk and administrative staff.
  • Coordinate provider onboarding and offboarding.
  • Monitor credentialing and payer enrollment with commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Maintain communication with billing and credentialing vendors.
  • Track operational projects and ensure timely completion.
  • ย Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), including aging reports, unpaid claims, denials, and follow-up with the billing company to ensure timely reimbursement.ย 
  • Develop and maintain office policies and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate vendors, equipment, and office supplies.
  • Monitor administrative performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly operational reports for leadership.
  • Resolve operational issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare office management experience (Behavioral Health preferred).
  • Experience supervising administrative staff.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Knowledge of insurance credentialing and payer enrollment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Behavioral Health or Mental Health practice experience.
  • ย Experience with medical Accounts Receivable (A/R) management preferredย 
  • Experience with Tebra/Kareo or similar EHR systems.
  • Experience with Availity, Carelon, ePREP, CAQH, and commercial payer portals.
