Executive Office Coordinator

At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we give electronics their next best life while protecting our planet and our customers' interests. As a Certified Great Place to Work since 2017, we've built a team culture that's rewarding, engaging, and FUN! But don't just take our word for it-see what our Team Members have to say.

How We Hire: The Head, Heart, and Briefcase

At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we believe great performance comes from alignment across three areas:

  • Head - your natural behavioral drives and cognitive agility (measured by our Predictive Index assessment)
  • Heart - your values, passions, and what drives you to make a meaningful impact
  • Briefcase - your experiences, skills, and results from past roles

Every step of our process is designed to understand you in all three areas. It's how we ensure the best mutual fit-not just for what you can do, but for how you'll thrive here long-term.

You'll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes less than 20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise clear, timely communication throughout.

Through organization, professionalism, and genuine care for others, you'll help create a workplace that's welcoming, efficient, and reflective of Dynamic's culture and values.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, email platforms, and standard office technologies
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong administrative, scheduling, and workflow coordination skills
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
  • Passion for creating positive experiences for team members, guests, and leaders.

Who You Are (Heart)

You genuinely enjoy helping others and creating memorable experiences.

You're someone who notices the little details that make people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Whether you're greeting a visitor, supporting a leader, organizing an event, or helping a new team member on their first day, you take pride in making every interaction positive.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace variety in your day, and enjoy balancing hospitality, organization, and administrative excellence. You build strong relationships, anticipate needs before they're asked, and bring warmth, professionalism, and energy to everything you do.
