Job description

We are looking for a driven, energetic District Office Assistant to join our team in Clive. This is a full-time, in-office position based at the front desk. You will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the district office, helping keep processes moving, supporting new agents, and contributing to a high-performance environment.


This is not a passive desk job. We want someone who is motivated, takes initiative, and wants to hustle not someone simply looking for a paycheck.

Responsibilities

Assist with weekly and ongoing reporting

Handle agency communication and candidate/agent callouts

Support the district trainer with various training-related tasks

Help new agents through the onboarding process

Assist with event planning and coordination

Support the recruiting pipeline by reaching out to candidates going through licensing

Help coordinate background checks and Kaplan licensing courses

Manage front-desk duties and general office workflow to keep the office running smoothly

Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the districts goals


Requirements

Must currently hold a Property & Casualty (PC) or Life & Health (LH) license, or have the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment (no exceptions)

Some prior work experience required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets)

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Positive, high-energy attitude and a strong work ethic

Ability to work full-time in office at the front desk (40 hours per week)
