Guest Experience Assistant - Eat'n Park Hospitality Group

Are you looking for a values-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow? Do you want to join a fun, supportive team where you can build lifelong relationships? At Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, we've been creating smiles since 1949-one guest, one meal, and one team member at a time. Now we're searching for a Guest Experience Assistant to join our Corporate Support Center team at Eat' Park Hospitality Group.

Eat'n Park Hospitality Group represents a diverse family of brands that span more than a dozen states across more than 150 locations and with nearly 10,000 team members. We are a family-owned and operated company with deep roots that inspire our future. Our enduring commitment to our Core Values and our shared purpose, "to Create a Smile," guide and fuel our growth as a group and as individuals.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE

The Guest Experience Assistant serves as the primary touchpoint for restaurant and e-commerce guests who contact Eat'n Park Hospitality Group's corporate headquarters. The Guest Experience Assistant interfaces with guests via email, phone, social media, and written correspondence, providing timely follow-up according to company policies and procedures. This role also provides analysis & actionable insight into the "Voice of the Guest" by providing ongoing monthly and additional ad hoc reporting. This role is also responsible for coordinating the creation of team member talking points as they relate to promotions and menu offerings or other guest issues, in collaboration with marketing and training.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

We're searching for team members who welcome new challenges and care deeply about people. Every team member across the company plays a role in bringing our Core Values to life every day. In addition to aligning to our values, you'll be successful here with these skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired.
  • Minimum one year of guest service experience; restaurant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional guest service skills, with the drive to ensure that every guest interaction reflects positively on the brand.
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet stated deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling upset guests.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and confidently provide follow up to guests and team members, sometimes with limited information.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to examine guest feedback data, identify and communicate trends. Knowledge of social media standard practices a plus.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We believe our team members deserve the same hospitality we give our guests. Wherever you are on your journey, we offer rewards and resources to highlight the important moments, both at work and at home.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times.
  • Health and Well-Being: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), Paid Time Off.
  • Career Growth: Access to Smile Universe training and internal promotion pathways.
  • Welcoming and Fun: 20% discount at all our brands.
