Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • License in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT 
  • Licensure Timeline: We welcome applications from associate clinicians who can demonstrate a clear path to obtaining full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by **July 1, 2027, and are excited to support them along the way.
  • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
Position Details
  • Location: Onsite at our Eugene office
  • Position Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee
  • Client Caseload: Full-Time is defined as a 25-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 25 one-hour sessions. This is the minimum expectation for full-time status. You're welcome to see more clients if that aligns with your personal and professional goals.

  • A background check will be performed on all hires, post offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check. 
What We Offer
Benefits and Compensation:
  • Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us. Brightways associates make from $67,158.00 to $84,708.00 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar.  Your earning potential is up to you. 
  • Growth Opportunities: Associates who remain with Brightways through licensure, receive a pay and benefits increase upon licensure. Our licensed clinicians earn a range of  $76,032 to $120,960, depending on schedule.
