The Role
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with a 20 counseling hour expectation, designed to support both sustainability and excellent clinical outcomes.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide individual and couples therapy (with optional family work as appropriate), in-office, in the community, or via telehealth.
  • Complete comprehensive intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care tailored to each client
  • Maintain timely, Medicaid-compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision and consultation
  • Support clients through trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, and mental health conditions

Who You Are
You are someone who:

Required:
  • Master's degree (or higher) in a behavioral health field
  • Experience working with adult populations
  • Active Oregon license as an LPC, LMFT or LSCW
  • Or Eligible for associate registration in LPC or LMFT

Bonus if you bring:
  • Training/experience with couples, special populations, or complex trauma
  • Training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, or other evidence-based modalities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a Big Plus

Compensation
We believe in transparent, rewarding compensation that honors your work:
Registered Associates:
  • $52,500 during onboarding (first 3 months)
  • $63,000 once maintaining 20 stat hours/week
  • $85 per additional hour bonus above 20/week
  • Potential to exceed $100K annually

Licensed Therapists:
  • $63,000 during onboarding (first 3 months)
  • $72,500 once maintaining 20 stat hours/week
  • $95 per stat hour bonus above 20/week
  • Potential to earn $110K+ annually
