We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our location. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, providing friendly front-desk support, and handling routine clerical tasks with accuracy. The role offers a part-time schedule of approximately 25 to 30 hours per week and requires flexibility during weekday business hours, with occasional Saturday availability.
Responsibilities:
โข Welcome visitors and provide attentive front-desk support to create a positive experience for staff and guests.
โข Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
โข Scan, organize, and maintain documents so records remain accurate, accessible, and up to date.
โข Perform a range of clerical duties such as filing, data handling, and general office support as needed.
โข Assist with day-to-day administrative activities that help the site operate efficiently and stay well organized.
โข Coordinate with on-site leadership and team members to complete assigned tasks and support office workflows.
โข Follow established procedures during onboarding, training, and daily operations to ensure consistency and compliance.โข Previous experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or similar administrative support role.
โข Ability to manage inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
โข Experience handling document scanning, filing, and other recordkeeping tasks with strong attention to detail.
โข Comfortable performing clerical work in a fast-paced office environment.
โข Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
โข Availability to work a part-time schedule during the week, with flexibility for occasional Saturday coverage.
