We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our location. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, providing friendly front-desk support, and handling routine clerical tasks with accuracy. The role offers a part-time schedule of approximately 25 to 30 hours per week and requires flexibility during weekday business hours, with occasional Saturday availability.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Welcome visitors and provide attentive front-desk support to create a positive experience for staff and guests.
โ€ข Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
โ€ข Scan, organize, and maintain documents so records remain accurate, accessible, and up to date.
โ€ข Perform a range of clerical duties such as filing, data handling, and general office support as needed.
โ€ข Assist with day-to-day administrative activities that help the site operate efficiently and stay well organized.
โ€ข Coordinate with on-site leadership and team members to complete assigned tasks and support office workflows.
