Summary
Dan Realty Group is looking for a motivated full-time agent ready to build a $100k+ real estate career through expert guidance, structured support, and ongoing accountability. If you excel in a fast-moving, dynamic setting and want to leverage proven systems with a clear path to a six-figure income, this role is ideal for you. Our agents typically surpass $100k in earnings by their second or third year, with many achieving between $150k and $200k+ annually.
Our primary office is based in Eau Claire, WI, and we are actively growing our teams in Ladysmith, WI (Rusk County) and Jackson County, WI (Black River Falls).
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
