Job description

TJ's Safety Training and Staffing, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support

daily office operations. This is a temp-to-hire position. This role includes administrative support, data entry, invoice processing, office supply management, and general office assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and willing to learn multiple areas of the business to provide support when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Verify, process, and organize invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Create, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Word.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members using Microsoft Outlook and
  • Teams.
  • Order and maintain office, kitchen, and restroom supplies.
  • Receive and organize deliveries and inventory
  • Take photos of inventory, equipment, or other items as needed.
  • Run occasional business-related errands, including supply pickups and
  • deliveries.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Cross-train in accounting and shipping functions to provide coverage and support
  • during employee absences.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
