Job description

Scheduling / Office Coordinator
The Renaissance at Coeur d'Alene is looking for an organized, people-focused Scheduling/Office Coordinator to keep our community running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, data management, recruitment coordination, and new employee onboarding. A role where no two days are exactly the same.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain and update staff schedules, working closely with the team to ensure proper coverage
  • Assist in coordinating resident appointments
  • Enter and audit data across scheduling systems, EMR, and paper records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and process background checks
  • Complete new hire paperwork and coordinate orientation logistics
  • Answer and route calls, manage faxes, mail, and office supply orders
  • Maintain employee and resident files; support the Executive Director with administrative and HR needs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of administrative or scheduling experience preferred; healthcare or HR background a plus
  • Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
