Job description

Nielsen Dodge is looking for a Bodyshop Office Assistant in East Hanover, NJ. The Body Shop Office Assistant is responsible for performing clerical, accounting, and administrative duties including greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling repairs, typing correspondence, preparing various reports, & account receivables.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Performs financial duties including processing of payments, collect receivables, and submitting adjustments
  • Vehicle estimating
  • Negotiating supplements
  • Collects and records payments for completed repairs
  • Greets and assists customers, schedules vehicle estimates, checks in vehicles, performs follow-up calls to customers upon completion of vehicle
  • Reviews repair orders for accuracy
  • Maintainsย and organizes vendor invoices and purchase orders
  • Other duties as assignedย
