Job description

The Sales Center Administrator will provide clerical and organizational support to a Sales Center team. Responsibilities include routing calls, tracking orders, processing paperwork, helping to maintain the customer database, and coordinating with sales team members and district leadership to ensure services are delivered on time. Work hours may vary based on seasonality and creative scheduling success. May require evening and Saturday availability.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Answer incoming calls and route customers to the correct associate for assistance.
  • Work closely with Sales Center Manager/Team Sales Manager in developing sales campaigns to target specific sales areas.
  • Process orders via phone email or within ServicePro.
  • Check orders and invoices for accuracy; contact clients to obtain missing information.
  • Update sales and customer records.
  • Address customer questions, requests, or complaints.
  • Generate monthly sales reports and monitor sales goals; encourage the sales team to meet their monthly or quarterly quotas, by posting programs, specials, or sales reports.
  • Promptly answer and/or respond to designated residential pest control office leads, serving the potential customer by providing information, answering questions, and finalizing residential pest and mosquito control sales.
  • Attend sales and company meetings and training seminars.
  • Remain compliant with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives and maximum profitable sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficient computer skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, typing and the ability to quickly learn other technology and/or software
  • Ability to utilize proper grammar and punctuation when writing
  • Perform math computations
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
