Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and perform receptionist duties in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails to the appropriate contacts.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and manage outgoing mail.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Complete data entry tasks and scan documents accurately.
  • Assist accounting with QuickBooks entries.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Assist with domestic and international shipments.
  • Maintain office lists, including phone lists, holiday schedules, and birthday lists.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with event planning and organization.
  • Support management with various tasks as needed.
  • Support all departments with sales, order processing, shipping, related administrative needs.

Requirements:
