Job Title: Recruiter II
Job Description
The Recruiter II will play a key role on a centralized sourcing team focused primarily on Workplace Health and Safety and operational/management roles. This position manages full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding, while also supporting exit processes and employee status changes. The role relies on strong sourcing expertise, particularly in high-volume environments, and requires the ability to use creativity, judgment, and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top talent. The Recruiter II may lead and direct the work of others and typically reports to a department leader.
Responsibilities
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for Workplace Health and Safety and operational/management roles within Operations using a variety of channels and tools.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search techniques, to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates against role requirements and organizational needs.
  • Perform reference checks and other candidate verification activities to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Prepare, present, and manage offer processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation activities to support a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Process changes in employee status and support exit interviews, capturing feedback and ensuring completion of required documentation.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain accurate and compliant records.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders to understand role requirements, refine job profiles, and align sourcing strategies with business needs.
  • Use extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish recruiting goals in a high-volume environment.
  • Perform a variety of recruiting and sourcing tasks, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Lead and direct the work of others on the recruiting or sourcing team when needed, providing guidance and support.
  • Apply a high degree of creativity and latitude in identifying and engaging talent in competitive markets.
  • Stay familiar with a wide range of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite role based in approved locations, including Nashville, TN (BNA-24), Bellevue, WA (SEA-104), Seattle, WA, and Arlington, VA. The Recruiter II works within a centralized sourcing team that supports WW Operations, with a strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety and operational/management positions. The environment is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring regular use of applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools, including platforms that support advanced Boolean searches. The role involves frequent collaboration with hiring teams and other recruiters, as well as consistent interaction with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Standard professional office attire is expected in line with a corporate office setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
