(CVE) verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2010 to
deliver executive-level expertise and solutions to Federal and private sector clients. ODS offers a
range of consulting services, all designed to help Federal agencies achieve their goals.
ODS has several opportunities for a 5-year contract supporting a federal client in the DC Metro
area for accounting, budgeting, operations, and financial reporting.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager provides leadership and oversight for facilities management, space planning, relocation, and build-out/reconfiguration activities in support of the Federal Protective Service (FPS). The Project Manager manages project execution, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment with mission requirements and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with GSA, contractors, and internal leadership; overseeing project planning and reporting activities; supporting occupancy agreement and space management initiatives; and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager also develops executive briefings and status reports while supporting operational efficiency, process improvements, and compliance with applicable federal policies and standards.
Location: TSA HQs, Springfield, VA; Bren Mar Facility, Alexandria, VA.
Salary:
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Draft scopes of work for build-out/reconfiguration projects for the preparation of Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates.
* Oversee planning and execution of build-out/reconfiguration projects, supporting compliance with safety, security, and accessibility standards.
* Support furniture design, delivery, and installation.
* Coordinate with GSA, contractors, and FPS leadership to ensure project timelines, budgets, and requirements are met.
* Provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project management support to ensure integration and alignment of long-term facilities planning with space and project delivery activities.
* Support and track budget planning for all occupancies, projects, and services.
* Maintain the projects and services system of record (e.g., ServiceNow).Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience.
* Active PMP (Project Management Professional).
* Active FAC-P/PM (Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Management) Level II certification within the last 5 years, or equivalent, required.
* Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination and HSPD-12 PIV card.Education/Certifications:
