About The Role Peraton is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development - Restricted/ODNI who will lead the Growth Team in the development and execution of business development objectives. This includes building business development plans to maintain and expand our current footprint of programs across the Intelligence Community, with a particular emphasis on leveraging established customer relationships and ensuring consistent access to key decision-makers. A successful candidate will operate as an integral member of the C&I growth team, partnering with operational and functional leaders across the company to foster meaningful customer relationships. Responsibilities * Work closely with the leadership team at Peraton in the development of the growth strategy and be responsible for the execution of the strategy.
* Build and prosecute a strong pipeline of opportunities across Restricted and ODNI customer sets, leveraging deep customer relationships and mission understanding. * Develop and execute executive call plans to promote Peraton capabilities, cultivate customer relationships, and identify opportunities to generate on-contract growth.
* Work closely with the VP of Growth for Cyber & Intelligence, sector leadership, and other Executives to support growth of the overall pipeline and provide support to the capture activities for large business pursuits.
* Support high-priority business pursuits from assessment through proposal, coordinating across functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications * 18 years of relevant experience
* 12+ years of experience working with the Restricted and ODNI customer sets
* Deep understanding of customer missions and operations with established, active relationships across government customers and the ability to access senior decision-makers within the Restricted and ODNI customer sets
* Experience developing corporate wide growth strategies and strategic plans to grow the Restricted and ODNI customer business.
* Demonstrated ability to engage directly with Restricted and ODNI customers and maintain consistent access to support business growth and strategic positioning
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearanceDesired Qualifications: * Master's degree
* Experience in business development and capture management, including development of opportunity pipelines and leading captures of $100M+
* Experience leading or supporting large-scale proposal efforts within the Intelligence Community
Details Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
