Pinnacle Protection Group is expanding our team and looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Dispatch and Surveillance departments. If you have strong communication skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and hold a valid PILB card, we want to meet you.

Requirements:

Valid PILB card (mandatory)

Applicants without a current PILB card will not be considered.


Prior dispatch and/or customer service experience


Ability to type 40+ WPM


Strong communication and multitasking skills


Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus


CCTV / Surveillance Operator


Requirements:


Valid PILB card (mandatory)


Previous security and/or surveillance experience required


High attention to detail and situational awareness


Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
