Job Summary:
DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business specializing in providing innovative solutions to government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1982. The ODNI CIO Team Lead will manage and administer the ODNI CIO team, directing activities and serving as the primary contact for program authorities, while overseeing project operations and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the ODNI CIO Team Lead as the lead manager and administrator for the ODNI CIO team.
• Direct personnel and contractor activities across multiple locations while acting as the primary interface and point of contact with Sponsor program authorities and staff on technical and project-related matters.
• Regularly brief leadership on JIMINY CRICKET program status, milestones, and progress.
• Oversee contractor personnel and project operations through the development and implementation of procedures.
• Plan and direct the execution of contractual, technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support activities.
• Monitor and report overall program performance and progress.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Candidate must have a TS/SCI.
• Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on Program Management experience supporting enterprise IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) environments and system enhancement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing decision-quality products, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and action-tracking mechanisms for senior leadership.
• Proven experience overseeing or guiding portfolio and program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategies, including vendor management and enterprise software licensing activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8 or more years of experience.
Preferred:
• Active Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
• Experience translating mission priorities and strategic objectives into actionable IT roadmaps, investment strategies, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to align technical initiatives with organizational goals and drive execution across complex enterprise environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting senior-level decision-making processes.
