We are looking for an Air & Ocean Coordinator position to work in our Charlotte, NC office. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing airfreight and ocean freight shipments while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone eager to get the job done and contribute to our success.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus but not required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred but not mandatory
  • 2 years of experience in airfreight and ocean freight operations (required)
  • 1 year of logistics experience (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
