Job description

The Ocean County Health Department is looking for qualified individuals to provide administrative support for this Fall's Clinics (Vaccination, Testing and Outreach programs). Clinics will be held at various locations throughout Ocean County. This is a temporary/seasonal position, and hours may vary depending on need and submitted availability. Duties will vary but will include registration of individuals at a vaccination sites, data entry and Insurance documentation, assisting the public after their vaccine, assisting in educational information while working alongside our nursing professionals. Locations will be mostly indoors, but some events may be outside during the vaccination season. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, computer skills, and the ability to work in a high energy team environment. Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and/or communicate with the public sufficiently to perform the duties of this position. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
