Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sell daily tickets, season passes, and other products in a quick and friendly manner
  • Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards, and vouchers
  • Proper handling, storage, and organization of credit card receipts
  • Suggest additional products to offer the best park experience
  • Good cash handling skills
  • Redeem season passes and issue RFID wristbands to season pass holders
  • Follow opening and closing procedures to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
  • Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
  • Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
  • Follow Park policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs
  • Ability to count money and make change
  • Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling
  • Ability to accept guidance and supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
  • Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
