Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory examinations-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology and more-all in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot anomalies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen gathering and prepare samples for testing as needed.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or trainees, and ensure lab quality compliance.
• Uphold a tidy and secure work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year from the start date.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
