This remote position provides the unique opportunity to work comfortably from your home or any location of your choice, leveraging our Telehealth platform for client interactions. Each session typically lasts around 45 minutes and is conducted via secure video chat or audio options, ensuring client privacy and convenience. As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions through our Telehealth platform, utilizing video or audio options to connect with clients.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach to therapy.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care to clients, referring them to additional resources when necessary.
• Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.

Our client population comprises individuals who deal with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and relational issues. Importantly, we focus on clients who are generally stable and low-acuity; there are no individuals with severe addiction or psychotic disorders on our platform. This allows our therapists to concentrate on providing consistent and effective treatment to clients who seek support in their daily lives.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
• A strong clinical background and a valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or Psychologist.
• Access to a reliable computer with strong Wi-Fi connectivity and a working cell phone to facilitate client interactions.
• A clean disciplinary history regarding professional licenses, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred candidates will have experience working in a Telehealth setting, utilizing virtual platforms to connect with clients efficiently. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and a proven track record of maintaining client engagement through remote sessions will be considered an asset.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a weekly direct deposit, we provide a benefits stipend, allowing you to access health benefits and professional development resources tailored to your needs.
