Your work ensures that space is optimized, flexible, and aligned with onsite work models, productivity goals, workspace design metrics, and associate well-being.
You serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders-translating workforce trends, operational requirements, and workplace design standards into practical plans that improve portfolio performance. From developing stack and migration plans to guiding partners through workplace change, your insights help build an adaptable and resilient workplace strategy.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Experience in corporate occupancy planning and workplace strategy, including scenario modeling, long-term forecasting, blocking and stacking, phasing, and migration planning, within large, multi-site, and matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field, with 3-5 plus years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Experience using space and utilization data to evolve workplace standards, planning guidelines, typologies, and personas
  • Excellent judgment in addressing space-related considerations such as privacy, security, and confidentiality
  • Advanced storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences using data-backed narratives
  • Expert Excel skills, including automated reporting, pivot tables, and data modeling using CAFM/IWMS system outputs

  • Advanced capabilities in CAD and architectural tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam), with strong drawing interpretation skills
  • Solid understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • A collaborative outlook capable of leading space activation, move planning, and phasing coordination efforts
  • Strong internal business focus, initiative, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with comfort navigating shifting priorities
  • Ability to travel to Fidelity sites as needed (less than 25%)
