• 10% commission on self-generated one-time projects (move-outs, post-construction, etc.)
• 10% commission on jobs sold from company-provided leads
• $500 retention bonus for each self-generated recurring client that stays active for 12 months

Our top contractors earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month depending on performance.

Who You Are

• Excellent communicator with strong presentation and follow-up skills
• Organized and detail-oriented — you love tracking results and hitting goals
• Previous experience in B2B sales, estimating, or cleaning/janitorial industry is a plus
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
