In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage all aspects of travel, including booking flights.
  • Itinerary Planning: Create detailed itineraries.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with travel service providers.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage travel budgets.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and oversee travel policies that align with organizational goals.
  • Emergency Handling: Manage travel-related emergencies, such as flight cancellations or delays.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise.
Requirements:
