Job description

MARS Solutions Group is looking for a Digital Creative Producer. Our client is a (Technology/Financial Services) industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Creative Producer, to join our team. The candidate works closely with Marketing business partners and the creative team to ensure each project is successful, meeting objectives and delivered within time, cost, and quality parameters.

This role is responsible for managing the production of all creative assets that meet business needs. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Production: Manages multiple creative projects from ideation to execution with an emphasis on social, print and web.
  • Project Management: Determines project requirements, timelines, and resources needed for creative work. Maintains project status to ensure deadlines are met and projects are within budget.
  • Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal business partners, creative discipline leads, and agency partners.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify risks and problem solving appropriately, escalating as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • 2 or more years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team. Experience working within the financial industry (or for financial clients within an agency environment) a plus.
  • Functional Knowledge: adept at managing creative workflows from concept to delivery. General knowledge of social, print and UX best practices.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders often to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Customer Focus: Can meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Organization: Pays attention to details and is organized; can take clear meeting notes; is thorough when communicating; can stay on top of all project components.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring project quality by following visual QA processes.
  • Works Autonomously: Self-starter that can work independently, can escalate to leader as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with Workfront project management systems.
