Lead Early Childhood Teacher โ€“ NYS Certified

Are you a passionate educator ready to inspire young minds? Weโ€™re seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our preschool team and create a warm, engaging classroom where children thrive through play, exploration, and discovery.

In this role, youโ€™ll develop and deliver creative, developmentally appropriate lessons across subjects like literacy, math, science, and the arts. Youโ€™ll support childrenโ€™s cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth, manage the classroom with compassion and consistency, and build strong, collaborative relationships with families.

Requirements:

  • NYS Teaching Certification in Early Childhood (Bโ€“2, Nโ€“6, or 1โ€“6)

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)

  • Classroom experience with young children

  • Strong knowledge of child development and effective classroom practices
