The Boating Specialist in Fiberglass Boat Sales is a key role within our organization. This position is responsible for effectively promoting and selling fiberglass boats to potential customers, playing a significant role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers interested in purchasing fiberglass boats.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fiberglass boats, including features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to highlight the advantages of our fiberglass boats.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable boat options.
  • Demonstrations: Arrange and conduct boat demonstrations and sea trials.
