Job Description
To teach dietetic majors and non-majors undergratuate- level courses in the field of food and nutrition including, but not limited to, Basic Nutrition, Food Service Management, Food Service Operations, Quantity Food Production. Medical Nutrition Therapy and other related courses.
Minimum Qualifications
M.S. in Food in Nutrition, Nutrition Education or Clinical Nutrition required
Experience in Clinical Nutrition or Food Service Industry a plus.
Experience in teaching college level courses preferred.
Ablity to mantain state-of- the- art analytical instumentation and incorporate into courses desired.
