Job description

Our client is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting partnerships across the health and wellness industry. This individual brings expertise in CPG, food, beverage, and nutrition, with proven success in identifying new market opportunities, closing enterprise-level deals, and positioning innovative products to meet evolving consumer demands. Known for the ability to lead high-performing teams while also thriving as an individual contributor, this executive combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver results.

**This is a fully remote position, you must be willing to work PST hours and visit California occasionally


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—within enterprise-level CPG, food, beverage, supplement, and wellness organizations.
  • Develop and expand trusted relationships with senior leaders across innovation, R&D, marketing, and corporate strategy functions.
  • Communicate the impact of our client's solutions, spanning AI-driven clinical trials, post-purchase data platforms, and efficacy validation services.
  • Design tailored, consultative solutions that align with each client's growth initiatives and innovation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with science, data, marketing, and partnerships teams to shape compelling proposals and refine messaging.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to continuously improve offerings and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and strong CRM practices.
  • Successfully navigate lengthy, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-making layers.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to foster new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally within CPG, health, supplements, wellness, or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated success securing six- and seven-figure deals with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Skilled in consultative, solution-oriented selling within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to link client priorities to product strengths.
  • Proactive, accountable self-starter with passion for health innovation and building long-term client value.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience selling clinically validated ingredients or B2B health-related products.
  • Knowledge of digital health, clinical research, or consumer insights.
  • Academic or professional background in life sciences.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness, and driving meaningful industry change.

Compensation: $150,000 plus commission and full benefits!
