A leading nutraceutical/pharmaceutical manufacturer in Miramar, FL is seeking a motivated and experienced Fulfillment Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the timely and accurate processing of orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure efficient order fulfillment, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining quality.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fulfillment associates to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
