Nursing management refers to the leadership and oversight of nursing staff and the coordination of patient care within healthcare settings. Nursing managers are responsible for staffing, budgeting, implementing policies, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered. Effective nursing management is essential for maintaining efficient operations and achieving organizational goals in healthcare.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in nursing management, and why are they important?
