Job description

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Clinical Informatics Specialist LVN is responsible for ongoing preparation and analysis of Rural Health Clinic (RHC) quality improvement and performance measures (QIP); developing, implementing and optimized RHC clinical nursing and provider workflows; providing support to the Clinical Informatics Specialist RN with focus on the Rural Health Clinics.


We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.


Compensation Philosophy:

  • We have 13 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience.ย 

Compensation range:

  • $29.16- $41.57

  • Full-time, benefited
  • In person or remoteย 

Experience:ย 

  • Four (4) years of relevant electronic medical records system experience.

Education:

  • Current CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)ย 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and communications skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of clinical processes
  • Ability to improve efficiencies
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Development and training of the electronic medical records system; focused on the Rural Health Clinics.
  • Facilitation of communication to end-users of the electronic medical records system across PDH.
  • Report building, maintenance, and publishing.
  • Data/chart accumulation and extraction.
  • Standard work development.
