LVN Homecare – Clovis Home based patient. Good living situation, nice big clean home near Fowler and Perrin Rd. in the north east

Schedule: Mon - Fri (occasional 12's to help cover other shifts but not mandatory)

Pay: $32/hr - $34/hr

LVN MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE - Please No New Grads at this time. Our Novice Nurse Program is on hold due to supply.

Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply.

Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an adult patient dependent on G-Tube, Trach and Ventilator care.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.

  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
