Nurse Recruiter
3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience
Opportunity for temp-to-hire.
Location: Client • Bakersfield, CA.
No degree required and can work remote part of the week (3 preferred days in office).
This is a recruiter role. HR generalists will not be a good fit. Resumes should clearly show the success stories of clinical & non-clinical placements made, recruiting quotas the candidate is used to, specific job titles the candidate has successfully filled, etc.
iCIMS or any previous ATS experience a plus but not required. Candidate will screen profiles, source clinical and non-clinical candidates using various tools and work with the hiring manager on coordinating interview.
