Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in healthcare related field is
preferred.
Experience: Advanced personal computer skills, including strong proficiency
with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) required
Experience in quality data collection, entry, report
generation with graphical representation and/or performance improvement data
collections analysis required
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer three years of experience in healthcare, managed care,
information, systems or quality improvement; and managing healthcare projects
- Dashboard maintenance a plus
- Sharepoint experience a plus.
Responsible to: Vice President Operations, Quality and Regulatory with matrix
reporting to Magnet Program Director
SUMMARY: The Nursing Quality Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the
Quality Management program throughout the
organization, with primary
focus on operations specific to nursing quality
indicators. The Nursing
Quality Data Analyst will support all data
analysis needs for the Magnet
and PTAP accreditation programs.
Salary Range: $27.81 - $48.94
