Job Title: New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager
Location: Libertyville, IL

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead medical device product launches from development through commercialization. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, project timelines, product transfers, manufacturing readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NPI projects for medical device products.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
  • Strong NPI, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
