Honeywell Connected Enterprises (HCE) is growing rapidly and is looking for a Director, Technical Program Management to join the HCE Program Management Office (PMO) team. We are seeking candidates to lead the HCE portfolios where you will be responsible for engaging across stakeholders to deliver the software solutions that will power and enable our customer based in the Industrial Automation and Building Automation business unit. You will report to the Sr Director of PMO based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience managing (end 2 end program executions) energy sufficiency, industrial automation, and process solution product line programs. You will have the ability to work closely with cross functional leaders, establish influential internal / external partnerships at all levels Engineering degree with any project management certification preferred

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • 10+ years of experience in program execution as a Wall 2 Wall leader (developing, designing and administering successful energyefficiency/ BMS and demand reduction programs) .
  • 7+ years of experience managing projects for Building Automation, Industrial Automation, Process Automation verticals
  • 10+ years of experience in program budgets
  • 7+ years managing SDLC or SaaS delivery projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Director, Engineering Program Managementwill report to the Sr Director Program Management Leader and work closely with the LoBleaders/ business to ensure large cross GBE dependent program are planned appropriately and executed within the committed launch timeline and budgeted cost incollaborationwith the GBEleaders, partners andcross functionalleaders.
  • Drive the HCE programinitiativesthrough the entire product lifecycle from business case to proof of concept,development, testing, and fullproduct launch.
  • Work closely with Product Design function to ensure high qualitycustomer experienceand interfaces.
  • Work with Engineering, Support, Sales, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated product issues.
  • Recommend and advocate for improvements to existing products withcollaborationfrom internal and externalstakeholders.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product security, product management, and operations to ensure we are on time and within budget.
  • Your technical proficiency and leadership skills will be key to guiding teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business strategies.
  • Collaborate withcross functionaland Operations team on go-to-market strategy, successfuldevelopment/testing, and smooth deployment of new products.
