The Product Development Process includes (but not limited to) the specification, ordering, development, qualification, installation, validation & production ramp-up of automated production cells (injection molds and automation) that are designed for the high speed, mass-volume production and assembly of high quality dispensing closure systems. This process requires the position to apply all internal standards, procedures and activity necessary for effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and adhere to all system procedures and Company policies / procedures.
- Independently interface effectively with Customers, Suppliers, and Aptar's Operations group on both project and general dispensing closures technical matters.
- Work with Marketing, Customers, Suppliers and other relevant sources to identify, research, develop and apply new technology to products and processes.
- Ensure that projects result in products which meet Customer, Marketing and Aptar's requirements using personal skills and industry knowledge
- Ensure that the specific needs and constraints of the Aptar's Operations group are effectively addressed during project execution.
- Serve as a vital and effective communication link between Customers and the Team.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations.
- Travel - Domestic and occasional international travel is required to carry out job requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - Technical Degree Preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in plastic products or injection molding.
- Training and experience in project management.
- Tooling experience.
Skills:
- Demonstrated effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint).
