Responsibilities
  • Gesamtverantwortung für New Product Introduction (NPI) Programme von der Entwicklungsphase bis zum stabilen Serienanlauf
  • Steuerung des Product‑Lifecycle‑/PLC‑Prozesses inkl. Phasen‑ und Milestone‑Reviews
  • Führung und Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams aus Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement und Manufacturing
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen R&D und Fertigung zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Produktübergabe
  • Planung und Koordination von Prototypen‑Builds, Pilotphasen und Produktions‑Ramps
  • Sicherstellung der Manufacturing‑und Supply‑Chain‑Readiness (Material, Kapazität, Qualität)
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken, inkl. Eskalations‑ und Mitigationsmanagement
  • Transparente Status‑ und Management‑Kommunikation zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Handlungsbedarfen
  • Unterstützung von Continuous‑Improvement‑Initiativen zur Optimierung der NPI‑Prozesse
Qualifications
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften (z.B. Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar)
  • Fundierte Projektmanagement‑Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, funktionsübergreifender Projekte
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich optischer Baugruppen sowie im Bereich HF‑Technik
