Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple complex programs and projects that support the Operations division. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Program Manager will coordinate resources, manage schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems proactively while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Operations programs
  • Work with Operations leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Budget and resource management
  • Collaboration with various team on the execution of program initiatives
  • Provide regular updates on program status to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and corrective actions
  • Executive presentations
  • Regular communication to key stakeholders
  • Continued learning of program/project management and change management
  • Program management via Jira

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives or cross-functional programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and traditional program management practices
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Proficiency in program and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
