Responsibilities- Gesamtverantwortung für New Product Introduction (NPI) Programme von der Entwicklungsphase bis zum stabilen Serienanlauf
- Steuerung des Product‑Lifecycle‑/PLC‑Prozesses inkl. Phasen‑ und Milestone‑Reviews
- Führung und Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams aus Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement und Manufacturing
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen R&D und Fertigung zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Produktübergabe
- Planung und Koordination von Prototypen‑Builds, Pilotphasen und Produktions‑Ramps
- Sicherstellung der Manufacturing‑und Supply‑Chain‑Readiness (Material, Kapazität, Qualität)
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken, inkl. Eskalations‑ und Mitigationsmanagement
- Transparente Status‑ und Management‑Kommunikation zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Handlungsbedarfen
- Unterstützung von Continuous‑Improvement‑Initiativen zur Optimierung der NPI‑Prozesse
