Job description

About Us
We are a global climate technologies company engineered for sustainability. We create sustainable and efficient residential, commercial and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies. We protect temperature-sensitive goods throughout the cold chain. And we bring comfort to people globally. Best-in-class engineering, design and manufacturing combined with category-leading brands in compression, controls, software and monitoring solutions result in next-generation climate technology that is built for the needs of the world ahead.
Whether you are a professional looking for a career change, an undergraduate student exploring your first opportunity, or recent graduate with an advanced degree, we have opportunities that will allow you to innovate, be challenged and make an impact. Join our team and start your journey today!
We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical leader to build and scale the analytics foundation for our Americas and Controls Solutions businesses.
This role will lead KPI development, deliver executive-level insights, and enable data-driven decision making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will partner closely with Sales Operations, business leadership, and the Analytics Team (BI, Data Science, and Intelligent Automation) to establish a consistent source of truth, improve pipeline visibility, and drive execution.
In addition, this role will serve as the business-side champion for AI in Revenue Operations, covering both analytical AI (predictive and prescriptive models) and Generative AI (Copilots and agents) that automate or augment revenue workflows. You will define business problems, partner with the Analytics Team to shape requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption across both insights and AI-enabled workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytics Strategy & Business Insights:
  • Translate business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Identify key drivers of pipeline health, growth, and performance gaps
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready insights to inform strategic decisions

KPI Governance & Data Ownership:
  • Lead development and standardization of core revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion, coverage)
  • Partner with RevOps leadership to maintain a consistent, trusted source of truth
  • Drive alignment of data and metric definitions across systems and teams, maintaining a documented business glossary for revenue KPIs

Pipeline & Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze pipeline health, stage progression, and conversion trends
  • Diagnose root causes of performance issues across segments and regions
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline quality and execution discipline

Reporting & Dashboard Ecosystem:
  • Lead development of scalable, automated dashboards and reporting
  • Ensure timely, accurate visibility for leadership and business stakeholders
  • Partner with BI and data resources to improve data models and usability

AI Strategy for Revenue Analytics:
  • Lead the adoption of both analytical AI (e.g., segmentation, pipeline risk) and Generative AI solutions (Copilots, agents, assistants) across RevOps
  • Define and prioritize high-impact use cases where AI improves decision speed, quality, or scale
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to translate problems into clear requirements, validate model and agent outputs against business reality, and confirm fit for purpose.
  • Own change management and adoption by embedding AI outputs into workflows, training users, and measuring business impact
  • Distinguish where analytical AI vs. Generative AI (Copilots/agents) is the right solution, recognizing differences in design, governance, and adoption

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Manage and develop a small team of analysts, providing coaching and clear priorities
  • Ensure team output balances reporting efficiency with high-impact insights
  • Establish best practices for analysis, data quality, and stakeholder communication
  • Allocate resources across ad hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives

Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Analytics, Data Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement to align on insights, Analytics priorities, and shared roadmaps
  • Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations that drive results

Success in this role will include:
  • Establishing a trusted, consistent source of truth for pipeline and revenue metrics
  • Delivering actionable insights that improve pipeline quality and execution
  • Scaling analytics through standardized reporting and AI-driven capabilities
  • Driving adoption of analytics and AI outputs within business workflows

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business context
  • Experience with pipeline, performance, and revenue metrics
  • Advanced Excel and experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI, Tableau)
  • SQL or strong data manipulation skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Travel up to 15%

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Experience building or scaling analytics capabilities or functions
  • Salesforce or CRM expertise
  • Familiarity with data modeling and analytics infrastructure
  • Exposure to AI, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics techniques
  • Hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents) and ability to evaluate where analytical AI vs. GenAI/agents is the right solution

Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
