What You'll Do:

As our Revenue Ops Coordinator, you'll help power the systems, data, reporting, and processes that keep our revenue engine running efficiently by:

  • Supporting and administering revenue technology platforms including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other business applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining data accuracy through audits, cleanup initiatives, validation, and governance activities
  • Creating, updating, and distributing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for business stakeholders
  • Analyzing sales and revenue performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Managing lead assignment and routing processes to ensure timely follow-up and a great prospect experience
  • Developing training materials, process documentation, and operational best practices
  • Assisting with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
